Lazy, hazy, crazy days of summer

Ahh, summer. A time to enjoy the outdoors , BBQ's, going to the beach or lake, reading on the porch & sipping iced tea. As much as we New Englanders love the summer, we know how short the season is, so we make the most of it.For us it's heading out on the boat whether it's fishing, clamming or anchoring up at a beach.

But it's also nice staying home, enjoying the yard and all the beautiful flowers that we work hard to tend.

This year our hydrangeas are giving us quite a show.Lots of rain and a mild winter is treating all of us with these showy blooms.

Much of the inspiration for my designs come from nature, from colors to textures & design, we are only limited by our own imagination. So enjoy the season, make time for yourselves , friends and loved ones. ~Cathy
